Yoon & Yang strives to protect the human rights of immigrants and refugees marginalized in the community and works towards improving systems and awareness.
Yoon & Yang addresses human rights violations faced by immigrants, including those who come to Korea for various reasons such as marriage or employment, and refugees who need protection under the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees and theKorean Refugee Act. Through surveys, system improvement movements, and awareness campaigns, Yoon & Yang aims to eliminate legal blind spots.

1Yoon & Yang assists with refugee applications and represents victims of human rights violations during the application process to restore their rights.

2Yoon & Yang has signed MOUs with organizations such as NANCEN Refugee Rights Center and Seongnam Migrant Community Service Center to provide regular legal counseling and litigation support.

3As a co-organizer of the Korea Refugee Film Festival, Yoon & Yang works to improve perceptions of refugees through the medium of film.

4Yoon & Yang participates in surveys on the human rights conditions of migrant workers and acts as a representative in various discrimination cases involving migrant workers, leading efforts to improve working conditions.
