      (“Sharing of Bread” and “Sharing of coal Briquettes”)

    • Hosted a donation ceremony for earthquake relief in Turkiye-Syria (MSF)
    • Held a presentation of research results (2020 Hankyoreedure Cooperative Association, 2021 Friends of Asia)
    • Performed volunteer service (planting a tree of love)for the 20th anniversary of Yoon & Yang(“Tree Planning”)
  • April Held the Law Firm Public Interest Network Roundtable for the first half of 2023
  • May
    • Won partial victory in the first trial for damages related to illegal adoption of overseas adoptees
    • Won a lawsuit to cancel the decision not to recognize a Rwandan refugee
  • June Held the 14th Yoon & Yang Pro Bono Seminar <Institutional Solutions for Supporting Self-Reliance of Youth in Crisis>
  • July
    • Operated the “Snail Photography Class”
    • Participated in the proposal to amend the Disability Discrimination Act

    • Prevailed in the litigation involving a deep see fisherman being the victim of embezzlement

    • Inauguration of new Chairman Lee In-bok
    • Won the first trial in a case of discrimination in the payment of compensation to Korean seafarers
    • Held press conference urging measures to be taken against Afghan refugees
  • February Held the online graduation ceremony for the Snail Music Class
  • April Held the 12th Yoon & Yang Public Interest Seminar <Role of Education and Institutional Improvement Measures for the Independence of People with Developmental Disabilities>
  • May Provied education for youth activists on the topic of <Human Rights and Youth Policy Participation> at the Seoul Metropolitan Youth Mobile Shelter

    • Obtained judgment in favor of an application for permission to correct the homeless family relationship register
    • Organized the 7th Refugee Film Festival

    • Published a memorial book and held a memorial service for the 1st anniversary of the late Chairman Lee Hong-hoon
    • Provided vocational training for youth in Yeongwol-gun, a depopulated area

  • August Obtained a conviction for insulting the migrants with "COVID-19" hate speech

    • Obtained a decision todismiss a preliminary injunction against the removal of the disability rights documentary <The Road to School>

    • Won the 4th Lawyers' Public Interest Award in the Organization category
    • Selected for the Asian Legal Business CSR List 2016
  • February Won revocation of marriage for a Vietnamese migrant woman in the Supreme Court of Korea
  • May Finalized Japanese compensation for victims of Hansen's disease in Sorok Island during the Japanese occupation (590 victims)

  • January Partially prevailed in the litigation seeking compensation against the state related to the Haklim case
  • April Won the first national compensation lawsuit for abortion victims of Hansen's disease

  • March Established the Yoon & Yang Pro Bono Committee (Chairman Lee Hong-hoon)

  • October Filed a lawsuit for national compensation for victims of forced abortions due to Hansen's disease

2006

  • March Received a court’s First decision on compensation for victims of Hansen's disease in Japan during the Japanese occupation (2 people)

2004

  • August Filed a lawsuit for compensation in Japan for victims of Hansen's disease in Sorok Island during the Japanese occupation
